Delete your OrthIQ account
Delete from the app
In OrthIQ, go to Profile → Delete account. Enter your current password and confirm. You lose access right away, and we remove the rest of your records in the background.
What is removed
Deletion removes your account profile, authentication records, device registrations, invitations, assignments and recorded exercises. Clinician deletion also removes their exercise library and associated history and disconnects their patients. Records your clinic keeps outside OrthIQ are separate. Service-provider backups may persist according to the provider’s retention settings.
Delete without the app
Sign in on the secure deletion page linked below and delete your account there. If you can't sign in, reset your password, or email aadarsh.n.kuberan@columbia.edu from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm the account belongs to you before we delete anything.
